West Lafayette Ranch Mid-Century Master Plan
This house is an ideal candidate for a Mid-Century remodel. It had so much to love about MCM style in its location, massing and bones. But it needed a refresh to fit it out for new homeowners with new preferences!
They wanted to bring back some of the California modernism and open plan design of their last location to their new home in central Indiana.
Check out the video below for a chat about their project timeline AND a tour of their masterplan design package!

Here's what we kept in mind while designing this home update. The clients want a home that ...
- feels more open with lots of natural light
- respects the original character and craftsmanship of the period but with functional flow between the spaces
- feels spacious with high vaulted ceilings with skylights
- has a functional and stylish owner’s suite
- and has a basement that feels more like a part of the main house with walk-out outdoor living space
