About the Project
The Nakoma Ranch Master Plan project had the added challenge of a very shallow lot in which the existing sunporch already pushed out into the back setback.
Our masterplan proposed three alternatives for a small extension addition to the side yard, an update for the kitchen, improvements to the bathroom, space for a laundry and mudroom on the main floor, a more inviting entry and a full overhaul of the basement to allow for an extra bedroom and private living suite.
