ABOUT THE PROJECT
These owners are planning to make this home their own. Their dream house needed better flow between living spaces and the (flipped) kitchen, plus a better connection to the back yard. They also hoped to tweak their existing back bedroom into a real master suite.
We planned a compact addition for them to create a yard-linking den space with a small master bedroom and tucked in a new master bath (over the unfinished part of the basement) in the footprint of the existing house.
Della listened, understood our goals and provided multiple options that accomplished our goals- allowing us a clear vision for what was possible.
We want to honor the MCM ranch style principles, but add the efficiencies and incorporate lifestyle changes that have happened since 1958. Her design ideas and work does just that.
