Your Home’s Vital Statistics

Module 2 has four lessons that cover how you can gather the home data you’ll need and pull it together in one spot.  

In Lesson 1, we’ll discuss the things you can see and measure for yourself without any outside resources. 

This really is some very straightforward stuff.  We’ll be taking a few key measurements … and then a bunch more.  You’ll get out your phone and walk around the house taking photos of the existing conditions.  And you’ll get to play around with a ruler and maybe grid paper.  This might feel like elementary school stuff BUT there’s a good reason for all of it.  

I want you t feel like the expert on your own home and remodel project as much as you possibly can.  The more confidence you have about the project, the more calmly and clearly your decisions will go.  The more authority you take for the choices every remodel involves, the more likely it is to suit you well.
